Been lead to believe hazer is a girl, only see one lump on her bottom. Would it be wrong if I changed her name to hazel? Only have had her a few months

Hazer could be a girl name however if you prefer hazel it won’t make a huge impact on your bearded dragon.

Hazel sounds nice
They don't usually recognize their names from what I understand. When they react to it, it's mostly because they associate the sound of it or even your voice with something...Food in most cases
They are just really good at recognizing patterns.
