How ling will it take to heal and how often should I change the gaus and put on new neosporin

No real way to tell how long it will take to heal. You might change the dressing every other day to see how the wounds look....if it gets worse you will really need to see a vet. Some people say ointment is good, others say to just cover with gauze. The problem with just plain gauze is that it will probably stick to the wound, whereas the Neosporin will keep it more moist. Unpasteurized honey is great because it's a natural antibacterial/antibiotic. And I agree with CountofCasualty, give water with a syringe + don't bathe unless she gets it dirty from her pooing. I will p.m. Drache613 to get her input.

You also don't want to move the ointment in to much, don't rub it in, more paint it on gently.

Honey, or I stand by my Oil of Oregano are both great natural healers if you have them with amazing antibiotic qualities.

Everything I think has been covered! Great job!
Neosporin or unpasteurized honey or manuka honey are great for wound care. It will take time to heal, but in time it will heal & then shed over it again.
I am glad to hear you have removed the sand & walnut shell. Do you have just paper towels down or a bath towel for substrate?
The gauze should help keep the area clean for her.
To keep her warm, do you have a way to heat any water such as a gas/propane stove to heat some water up & put it in a few water type of bottles? You can place them around her & wrap her in a blanket to help keep her warm. Do you have a furry cat or dog carrier?

You can buy hand warmers at Walmart and wrap them up a lot in a towel so that they won't get too hot and burn her by accident.

Or warm up a brick or rock in a propane barbecue.

Oh, that's too bad ! Do you know when the power will be back on ? A few hand warmers can work in a pinch, but they get REALLY hot , so like was mentioned you need to wrap it so there's absolutely no chance that it will come in contact with her belly , especially since she has a wound. Do you have a trustworthy friend that you can take her to for the time being that lives nearby ? Someone who won't fool around + handle her, but just provide a warm home ? Or temporarily give her to a reptile rescue ? She needs a nice warm environment to heal now. A day or two won't be so bad, but any longer may cause her immune system to become weaker. I hope your power comes back on soon. Take care !
