My beardie keeps puffing up and acting like he's choking

My dragon has been puffing up all over and keeps acting like he's trying to swallow something he's does this every once in a while and I am starting to get a little worried please help

How old is he?

Sounds mostly like he's doing beard stretches.

I'm not 100% positive I got him at a pet smart he was a decent size I would 4-6 months

He might be doing stretches or if he is for sure a male he could be practice his bearding.
