My beardie is running around her tank

She has face shed, she keeps pacing back and forth and glass dancing. How can help her?
I had to leave the house and can see her on camera.

If she has a lot of shed on her face you can put her in a warm bath take a soft toothbrush and brush some of the shed off - the pacing and glass dancing means she is wanting out-- what size tank do you have her in?
