Do you guys use this powder stuff?
Mix it with Calcium and D3 in the crickets shake and bake?

Been wondering if i should maybe get some, just cause..vitamins are good for you? lol

Yes, you should use vitamins. If your beardie is under 1 yr old, his food should be dusted 2 days a wk but only one feeding a day. If over a yr, you would dust with the vitamins 1 day a wk. You shouldn't mix the vitamins with the calcium because they need more calcium than vitamins so best to keep them separate.

mines 4 years old. so, say, 6x a week the calcium, and 1x a week multivitamins?

Actually, for a 4 yr old, you should only be dusting with calcium 3 days a wk, vitamins 1 day a wk but never use both on the same day.

Yes, the Herptivite is the recommended one. You should be able to get it cheaper at petmountain or Amazon though.

Since they need more calcium than vitamins, it is actually better to make sure they get each separate and there's actually no reason to use both on the same day.
