Hey all! just thought i'd introduce myself as a canadian beardie owner of a two year old male named glenn just got him 3 weeks ago! here are some pics!

I'm in East Selkirk, Manitoba ( right near winnipeg), and thank you i was kinda worried that his tail is a diff color from his body lol

That's very ironic you say that because his left arm just started shedding lol! so i gave him a nice warm bath to help him out! Do they shed all parts at the same time like a snake or does he shed an arm and that's it? How could you tell he was about to shed his tail ? because of the pink?

Yeah, they just shed in bits and pieces. It's pink now, but soon enough it will turn white and start to look papery, and then one day you'll come home and it will look like his tail exploded! :lol:

How long does it stay pink like that his has been pink since i got him...? lol

With Jasper, it would sometimes be weeks between when he got pinkish and when he finally shed. They do like to take their time!

I bought food, but if I ever get another beardie (which I'm sure I will) I'm going to breed superworms, and supplement by buying butters, horns, and phoenix worms. Superworms are pretty easy to breed, as far as I know, and it would be nice to not have to run to the pet store all the time.
