I ordered about 10, and yesterday my female went to town on some.... I mean went straight for them and just tore em to shreds. The crunch sound was so damn intense...
I have a couple of pictures...

Experimenting... A variety... True they are. Cool to watch and I'm sure loads of health benefits for my dragon

From one roach to the next, I'd assume the nutrients were quite similar? They are closely related.

True. And as close as they are related, and built. Managascars are larger, with larger stomachs, eating more, absorbing more nutrients. So yes, there is a difference in healthiness. But I don't order them often. I usually keep her eating crickets. And I do have a lobster roach colony(starter). So she gets a small variety. Eats veggies and fruits some.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
