Lighting uvb and heating

I was wondering how long to leave the lights on for and does it matter. Both go off same time or at different times. There about 10-12 weeks old i think?

all lights need to go off in order for the dragon to sleep properly (even a tv keeps some awake)...a good cycle is 12 hrs on 12 hrs off...sometimes I increase a couple hrs on during the summer months when the days are longer.

I adjust my lights according to the season, in summer time they stay on for 14 hrs a day, spring and fall 12 hrs a day, and in winter I decrease it to 10 hrs a day.

Ok so a 12 cycle like i been doin is ok right. I just wish i had a timer for them

Can anyone tell me how to position the heat and uvb lamps. I put the uvb at the back of the tank right next to the lampon right side and the uvb at the back of the enclosure?
