Is this yellow fungus?

I saw a weird yellow-ish dot with a darker center and got a little worried. Is that yellow fungus, or just a weird scale? My beardie is 1.5 years old by the way.

It doesn't look like yellow fungus to me. It does look like the leg is going to shed so I'd just keep an eye on it. It will probably go away with the next shed. Look out for scabbing or wounded scales starting to spread which could indicate a problem, but I don't see any cause for concern in that photo.
