Does my bearded have yellow fungus?? please help

my beardie is around 4 months old and he's acting normally, just now i saw his belly and i realized there's a discoloration. I searched up yellow fungus and it does seem like an early stage. Does he really has yellow fungus? Should I take him to the vet? Please help

I concur, it definitely is just shed.....no yellow fungus there at all.
