Is this black beard?

Hello new to this,
My 5 month old bearded dragon constantly has these markings can someone please give some advice many thanks

My boy has this greyish beard also most of the time, may have to do with the translucent morph.
It got less though the older he has become.

Mine does that as well when she dulls all of her colors and she's not the beautiful tan- Orange she is
