He looks like a transparent, in that case the blue belly is normal since his skin a partialy see through.

Cool thanks! I think the tag on the tank he was in at the pet store said hypo trans leatherback dunner. I'm not sure that he's any hypo but I didn't know trans had blue bellies

His belly isn't actually blue, his skin is see through so you can see his organs. It will become less blue as he grows and the skin thickens.

Good to know. I thought it looked like the color was inside him, was scared it might have been internal bleeding or something. Will the colors on his back brighten and the black fade as he gets older?

Without knowing his bloodlines, its hard to guess how his colors will change but most likely, he will brighten some.

Looks fine (and very cute too !!) to me .... my guys (Peppa and Toothless (esp Toothless did that heaps when very little .... ) and yes I do remember seeing similar spots on his tummy .... - perfectly normal.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
