Is my beardie overweight?

Dubu is around 7 months old, around 16.7 inches, and currently weighs around 289g. He definitely has a belly sticking out a bit so I was wondering if he was a bit fat. Everyone in my house seems to think so!

I don't know what's normal for weight, but I assume it'd vary between male and female, and of course by age when they're growing. For comparison, at a little over a year, my Otto is 18" and 510g, and he seems to have a reasonable build.
