how do i help my dragon with impaction?

Make sure the basking temp is high.
Make sure your dragon isn't housed on loose substrate.
Make sure your feeding healthy insects, and not hard shelled insects such as mealworms.

Give warm baths daily for 15 minutes. You can rub the stomach in a circular motion, this helps usually.
You can try feeding pumpkin.

How long has it been since your dragon has poo'd?
Can you feel any hard lumps in the belly?

hasn't pooped in 2 or 3 days and she eat a blue berry 2 or 3 days ago and now she's draging her back legs around and she's very slugish. i'm given her a warm bath now and i don't feel any thing out or the norm

What are your basking temps and what are you measuring them with?
What substrate are you housing on?

What is your beardies normal diet consisting of?

yes 4 foot uvb 1.0

3 diffrents ways so i know it's like 80 to the high 90's

greens ever day crickets every few days and starwberrys and blue berrys onve in awhile.

Can you be more specific on your uvb bulb? Like what brand and whatnot.

What are you measuring your temps with?
The cool end needs to be around 75-80. Hot side needs to be 90ish and basking temp needs to be 100-105.
The temps you think you have could be way off if your not using a digital thermometer with a probe or a temp gun.

And your basking spot is only 90? Can you bump that up. A high basking temperature is important for digesting food.

More specific on the uvb bulb please? Uvb is very important and unfortunately, 90% of the bulbs on the market are crap.

all day it's been in the high 90's this yesterday it was at 101
