My beardie was lost for 3 weeks, and I found him using the shopping bag trick. He was no worse for wear. I think he went to sleep somewhere where he felt safe. Hope you find your beardie soon.

Well my beardie is still hiding or sleeping or maybe just plain lost. I found out he's not in my room so I have no idea where to search. So yeah...

This is sad news, don't give up! Try to remember and reflect on what exactly happened the moment you lost him, Check the surrounding areas around your room.

i hope you find your little guy. i would look under the fridge if there is one near. also under couches or any other furniture. one of my leo's got away from me and was lost for two weeks. my sister found him in the basement in a spider web with a spider sticking out of his mouth. i am sure he will be fine. they are hardy animals. he may just sleep the whole time. hope ya find him soon. :)

If I were you, I would just start taking stuff out of your room after thoroughly checking it, and try to narrow it down to some objects where he might be hiding. If you are Absolutely POSITIVE that he is not in there, keep searching in the rooms near your bedroom.

What about like putting calcium powder on hardwood floors or in between doorways to see if you could at least get a direction? I was gonna say flour or baby powder but those don't seem beardie safe. Or set up a coke can trap by door ways? Set up a bunch of empty cans next to each other and on top of each other but make enough space in between that would make the beardie want to go through and if he's tempted to get through, he'd make them fall and you would hear them and possibly be able to catch him? Hope these help

You don't have a cat or dog do you? I hate to think about that, but if you do ...

Also, check up inside your bed underneath, check in curtains, drawers (they can get up inside dressers), if you have baseboard heaters check IN them. Warmth will attract a beardie.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
