No, I don't think it had anything to do with an egg at all. It just looks like a really big bowel movement...I don't see any blood in the photo, maybe a little discoloration, probably due to something she ate, like a veggie or fruit.
When is the last time she had a bowel movement before this one? And is she eating normally? Is she acting at all lethargic? If she's stopped eating normally and has become lethargic, any black beards, or just acting like she doesn't feel well, then you may want to take a fresh stool sample in to her Reptile Vet for a fecal test to make sure that she doesn't have any parasites in moderate to high counts that are making her ill, but if her appetite is normal, her energy levels and activity is normal, and she isn't acting like she is sick, then you're better off to wait and see how she is, as a lot of the time the trip to the vet and the medications they prescribe do more harm than good. The fecal test can never hurt, but be sure to ask what the loads/counts of any positive parasites are before allowing them to medicate her.
