My Beardie fell yesterday from my hand (jumped), I just noticed while she was eating she was limping. Her arm is swollen and she can't put weight on it. What do I do?

I am new to this site but if it were my dragon I would take him/her to the vet. If it is swollen I would think that means its sprained/broken, but maybe it is different in reptiles. Hopefully someone will advise soon. Goodluck.
