How To Send Pm's?

Hi, this may be a real stupid question, but I have typed up a pm and thought I had sent it, but it is still in my outbox. How do I get it to actually send?

If it is in you outbox, it is sent, the person that you sent it to just has not picked it up yet. As soon as they pick up the message, it will not show in your outbox anymore.
