Over the last couple of weeks our 3 year old dragon is using her nose to hit the glass and is often trying to climb out. Any thoughts?

Has she ever laid infertile eggs before? That could be an egg-laying behavior or she could see her reflection, or she could just be trying to get out of her tank.

We think that it is a she. But has never been explosed to another dragon. Would she still behave like this.

Well she can have eggs regardless of being bred, but if conditions aren't right, some beardies won't lay and can become egg bound which is fatal. You might want to do a search on laying behaviors and layboxes.

When we bought this dragon we were told that it was a 3 year old boy. It has only been in the last 2 weeks that we have thought differently, so we did not research egg laying. We have had the dragon since March and there have been not eggs, so I am not sure what to think.

Thanks for the help

My dragon has been doing that as well the last few weeks. He is a little more than a year old. Two weeks ago I moved back to college from my home in Milwaukee (roughly a 4-hour drive). Usually Nox just mopes around for a week or so after we move, but this time he has been nosing around the glass and attempting to climb the walls. He has even been doing that in his weekly baths! I have a video of what his behavior looks like; how can I attach it here?

I haven't been feeding him any differently since moving (giant mealworms are what I can afford at the moment), and his lighting hasn't changed either (100 watt floodlamp for heat, Reptisun 10.0 UVB, and a CHE that is on 24-7 during winter). Perhaps it is change in house temperature? My college house is a little warmer than at home, but his thermometer shows lower temps than they were at home, which is strange (normal temps at home, but only in the low 80s here...I wonder if the thermometer needs a new battery?).

what if lizard does this everyday, and he has for quite a while.
i think its a he, the people who had lizard last said he was a she, but from the behavior i see its definatly a male, either male or a very dominant, territorrial, agressive female (just my type)

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
