Oh so sweet. I have kept anoles in the past & they are fun but a little challenging because of their small size & quickness.
It is usually best when they are in the wild, to leave them in the wild if at all possible, unless they are so injured & can't fend for themselves.
If she is able to walk & get around then she will most likely be fine. Perhaps she will stick around in & or around your plant so you can keep an eye on her!
Maybe take a few more pictures, if you can?
