heating lamp

Hey all I just got my beardie a 40 gallon breeder tank. I'm ordering mushu a 36 reptisun 10.0 UVB bulb. I'm not sure what to get him as for basking lamp heat? Any ideas?

I would try out some different wattage household bulbs. Floodlights are usually the best way to go. They last a long time and are more energy efficient.. lower wattage floodlights = higher wattage household bulbs

You can use any basking light from the pet stores or u can use a regular houshold bulb...it doesn't matter as long as your temps are accurate
