Gut Loading?

I have heard this term a lot and am very unclear as to what it means and when it needs to be done/how often/to which feeder/how long before eating etc (many questions sorry).

If anyone could give me any info that would be great. Thank you

it means to feed ur feeder insects nutricious food so it can carry on to ur bearded dragon. ur feeders need to b feed everyday, all the time. its best to gutload 48 hours before feeding that insect to ur beardie. juhst about every feeder has to b gutloaded for proper nutrition. i hope i answerd all ur questions and made it easy to understand.

Oh my! I was never told that Just told to dust them with the right calcium/vitamins. I really really really hate petshops. Yet another thing to go sort out - ah well, whatever's best for my beardie I will do willingly
