Does this have enough ventilation for Dubia

I live in nyc and plan to keep it in my basement

Dubias are much better climbers than normally mentioned. They are normally too lazy, but will scale straight up the side now and then. with those holes, if the egg crate / tp rolls you have in their come close to those holes you are going to have a lot of babies going for an adventure. I think it would work IF you have one of the 2 foot deep containers, and dont have anything that wants in :) You dont want to be growing a colony of flies or other pests in addition to your dubias.

Thanks, gonna probably eventually buy some fencing but in nyc right now I don't really want to go home depot or something because their will probably be loads of people their.
Any where I could get online? Small amount for cheap?

Also planning to put petroleum jelly, and put the egg cartons on the left side.
