Does he like me?

I was just wondering if there were signs that a beardie shows when they are happy or sad. I have a 3 month old named Dog and he's very relaxed when held but I want to know if he's happy. Thanks a bunch.

Usually they get their "happy colors", meaning that if they were unhappy or stressed they would get darker and have stress marks. I learned that Norbert likes me (or at least trust me) when I first brought him outside. He got scared by a bird and instead of dashing away he ran straight up to me and up to my shoulder. It made me feel like he sees me as his protector and it was a nice feeling. But I think it's a good bet they like you if when you handle them they're calm and don't try to run from your hand, and also if you hand feed and they'll take food from your fingers.

When I try to put him back on his log he won't let go of my fingers. He will hang on with his front two arms and try to hold. It's so cute haha. He also only eats crocked if I let them run around in his cage. And is it normal if he doesn't eat at a feeding time throughout the day? And finally one more question lol, where are stress marks? I'm pretty sure stress marks are when his stomach and chin turn black but that's just what I've been told

I fixed it for you. Wow, he has unique coloring.

All of the dark black parts on him turned to a yellow green. He's beautiful.
