Yes,Tiles do get cold at night. However it shouldnt post much of a problem for your Bearded Dragon since most tend to go to sleep fairly quick after lights go out in there enclosure and by that time your tile should still be warm since it'll hold heat for awhile after lights go out. If your BD sleeps on the tile his body heat should be able to keep that tile warm enough and not post a problem for your BD. Im no expert but that's my opinion. Goodluck! :blob5:

Do you have a glass tank? I'm asking cause I was thinking about placing tiles.

tiles dont get any colder than the ambient air surrounding them. So if your house if 70 degrees at night, then your tiles will be 70 degrees at night.

I just put tiles in my viv a couple weeks ago without grout and it works fine. The only problem I have is there is a little space between the tiles and the glass that all the crickets run to when I'm feeding. Anyone have any good ideas to seal it off so they don't get in there?

You could put some type of blanket or bed in the tank if you're worried about about tile getting to cold. Some people do use grout so crickets can't hide and moisture can't soak down, but others want to be able to take the tile out and clean it. It's a personal decision.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
