Closing eyes

My baby tends to close her eyes whenever I pet her, is this a good thing or is she scared?

I believe its a good thing. They usually only do that when they trust you.

I can see mine relax when he closes his eyes during a pet. Sometimes I pet nowhere near his head and he closes his eyes so I'm not sure it's just eye protection.
