Clogged Femoral Pores??! HELP

I'm pretty sure that's what they are, but I could be wrong? Fred is 9 years old and seems pretty heathy to me. I just noticed them on his legs

what do I do??!

Can you post some photos of them? You can upload photos here https://www.beardeddragon.org/useruploads/ and post them to your thread using the XIMG button when you reply. Most of the time for clogged pores several warm soaks will help loosen them up.
