Femoral pores, should I clean??

I’ve noticed my bearded dragon’s had some built up on his femoral pores but it was only minor, however when I looked today, it seemed a LOT worse. There’s some pink around certain pores that’s really concerning me. I don’t know how I didn’t notice before but I was wondering if I should clean them out and how exactly I should go about it. Thanks!

They look O.K, just be sure you have rough objects like logs/rocks in the enclosure for him to rub against. Never squeeze or try to dig them out.

What about the red/pink around some of the pores? What does that mean?

Those aren't bad, if you want you can dab a small amount of neosporin on them, the kind without the pain relief.
