So what do you use that is Beardie friendly for cleaning up their poop and whatever ?

90/10 solution of water and bleach is good

The water and bleach solution like mentioned above is great for thorough cleanings. Just to pick up poops or small messes I use antibacterial wipes.

I use non-scented baby wipes for quick cleanups. Target has the cheapest ones, and they are really durable.

I use a properly mixed chlorhexidine solution. Its not caustic, has no fumes, and will disinfect the surface. Its also cheap when you factor in the dilution ratio. One of the few disinfectants thats safe to use directly around your animal (don't have to remove them from the tank).

I also use antibacterial wipes or baby wipes for the poopy during the week then once a week it gets a deep cleaning with bleach!

All of my enclosures are Ceramic tile substrate so i just take the dragon out once a day wipe up the pool and for the dry i spray my 90/10 solution of water and bleach and let it sit for a second then wipe down it is quick and easy

when i had repticarpey it was fairly easy to clean

all i would do was take it out and brush the poopy off then put it back in then once a week i would wash them in the washer....but make sure you have a spare to put in there that has already been washed then take the one you just washed air dry it then you are ready to put that one in when the other one needs to be washed

i use to use sand but
IT IS A DISASTER AND MORE OF A HASSLE THEN IT IS WORTH

I use a shop baught `deep clean` reptile disinfectent .
its freindly to your reptiles so thats a good option
