Can you teach beardies tricks?

I taught my cat sit so I think it would be really cool to teach my bearded dragon paw or sit maybe. Do you think it's possible? My beardie is really calm

It's possible I suppose but they don't communicate verbally so you'd need to work on it visually. They respond to routine but it's more for things like training them to poop in one area. I wouldn't push it too much though. I like giving them space to explore and just watch them do their thing.

I would say it would be a daunting task to train a beardie to do tricks
, because they are more focused on training us to wait on them hand and foot, lmao!!!!!

Only "trick" mine knows is to come when the crickets container arrives near his tank for feeding.
