Incorrect. Butterworms are actually fantastic feeders and can be used as a staple. There fat content is lower than crickets, superworms, and even phoenix worms. Just because it has the word "butter" in the common name, does NOT mean that they are high in fat.

I am sorry............and I am not trying to argue your opinion , but , here ONLY ONE example of an article that I found that butterworms and waxforms are not good everyday feeders....http://beardeddragoncaresheet.weebly.com/feeding-and-watering.html
Obviously every one has their own opinion and everyones dragons are special in their own sense , go with what you feel is good for your dragons is my opinoin. If its butterworms everyday , so be it , if its crickets ......so be it

Not being high in fat isn't my opinion though, it's a fact. Nowhere in your article does it say that butterworms are high in fat. It even says that they are an ok semi-staple. I personally prefer not having any one bug as a staple, and mixing it up as much as possible.

I would like to get Butterworms and Dubias but think getting them closer to the source is a better way to go.
Any recommendations for an East Coast Supplier.
