Switched over to Halogen Par 38 bulb for basking light. Wondering if the bulb is too close to my dome I was using before for the Zoo Med bulbs

That shouldn't be an issue. The halogen bulb has a built in reflector (PAR38) so it will still produce a good light spread no matter which fixture you have as long as it's rated to handle the wattage.

Yeah, that doesn't matter, but you will need to move it back farther from the basking spot.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
