Bulb or Ceramic heat emitter

Hello everyone, I have a question. which is better for my bearded dragons, a heat bulb or a ceramic heat emitter ?

For daytime they need a bright basking bulb (and a UV tube), of whatever wattage needed to get the basking spot to the correct temperature.

For nighttime, they don't need anything unless the temperature drops below 65, in which case you can use a CHE to bring the temps up a little.

As stated above by Vampy and you can just use a regular clear household light bulb. I use a 100W clear bulb.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
