I know this doesn't look good but i just wanted to get some other opinions? Parasites? Or what?

Looks pretty decent. The dark urate could be a fluke but if it continues it could be related to supplementation or maybe dehydration.

Wouldn't hurt to have a vet take a look.

How are you supplementing your dragon ?

I'll use the calcium a few times a week and then the vitamins the other days

Try a week or two with no supplements and see if there is a change. If the urate looks whiter, try cutting back on the supplements a bit. Maybe dust the bugs with calcium only and see if that does the trick.
