Stress mark? they get black spots on their somachs from stress.... but to me it looks like its just happening and isnt dangerous. Is there any change in behavior?

its not a stress mark she always has a creamy white belly, no there is no change n behavior. it doesnt fade or go away its just a black line on her skin.

That's bizarre :/ But if it's not harmful to her then I guess it just makes her more special? :)

in all honesty it looks like a old scar. are there any scales there or is it a slightly "smoother" texture there than in the surrounding area?

no its just showed up with the last two sheds. she was hatched in sept 09 and it wasnt there when i got her at 8 weeks its only been there the past month.

even with zooming way in on it i swear it looks like a scar. maybe she cut herself somehow and it went unnoticed? It has the exact makeup of what a scar looks like on a dragon (to include, per that picture, a slight difference in the texture of the skin in that area). Black streaks dont just pop up. Its either a scar or it could be a fungus (though in my opinion it does not look like a fungus).

thanks for the info, i dont think its fungus. it very well could be from a scratch i just didnt notice. it doesnt bother her or me we were just curious as to what it could be. thanks again

yeah a scratch or cut could easily have gone unnoticed (specially if it didnt blead) its nothing to be worried about. And after a few more sheds may be completely un-noticable.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
