Bent toe...

So my beardie is 4 months and recently she got a bent toe. I can tell its sprained or broken. I touch it and she pulls away but is there anything i can do? Maybe put a tiny splint orsomething?

Poor girl. Sometimes they catch their toes and can bend their hands and fingers/toes. Best thing to do is move basking areas down and try to keep her from having to do much to move around on it. An x-ray would help determine if it's broken or not but the advice is usually to immobilize as much as possible either way. As long as there isn't an open wound it shouldn't become infected and should heal up on it's own. You may want to offer some silk worms or serrapeptase for it's anti-inflammatory properties.
