Bearded dragon egg pipped but hasn’t came out

We have an egg that we are a bit concerned about, last night at 7 the baby slit the egg a few times but hasn’t actually emerged, it’s been over 24 hours now.

Maybe VERY carefully enlarge the hole, but I would wait for it to come out on it's own.

Hi there, is it still the same ? If so it's probably not going to make it. Do you have other eggs hatching now too ?

Unfortunately if there has been no progress at this point, I agree with AHBD. You might as well try to self extract and see if you can help at all. Be prepared for it to have already passed.

How old are your eggs?

We did end up enlarging it after the egg started going a real funny colour n there was a smell but unfortunately baby had passed, it looked like their organs had grown on the outside

All the others are very healthy we just have one left to hatch but that one’s just moving around in it’s egg think his pretty comfy in there at the moment haha

Oh that is always so sad when a tiny hatchling just doesn't make it. So sorry that happened, poor little one. I'm glad to hear that your others made it & are doing well.
I hope the other one decides to come out soon!
