Bearded dragon ear smell

For some reason my bearded dragons ears both smell like tuna. I haven’t noticed this before and I noticed it for the first time after his bath today. Could this be a sign of an ear infection?

Hello,

That is something news I haven't heard of before. Do the ears smell like that all of the time?
What foods are you feeding her?
Is she acting normal for most of the time?
I would be inclined to think it might have something to do with her environment, but not sure.
Is she acting ill at all?
