Bearded dragon car trip

Bout to take my beardie drako in the car for about a hour or so, were moving back from NC to SC. my car has horrible AC, and it’s a hot day. Will he be okay?

Likely the humidity will be more of an issue than heat. If you can handle the heat your beardie should be able to also, but make sure he has ventilation. If your still concerned you could freeze some ice packs and wrap them in towels, if he seems to be overheating let him set on one for a few minutes at a time.

I just ended up letting him ride with my girlfriend in her car. he is so stressed out in our new room though for some reason. dark black beard.
