If you can and want to purify the water, I'd do it. It couldn't hurt. They don't need tap-water chlorine and fluoride in the bath.

Just either fill up the bath or sink or w/e and make sure the water is nice and warm and will only come up to its shoulders. make sure its in the bath for like 10 mins or so and you should be fine.

Watch out - there's a very high likelihood of poopage. Best solution: sit him with his butt over the drain, and if that tail goes up, open the drain.

I bath him every 2-3 days, I dechlorinate the water and add liquid vits also. Warm, not too deep, this is only way mine will drink and poop.
If he poops, immediately remove him from the water.

I have very hard water served from a well. I have a water softener that serves the whole house. If I give my Beardie a bath in the sink will the salt from the softener cause any harm to him? Thanks.

Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
Getting ready for another day. Feeling sleepy. 😴
I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate
