What basking bulb should i get for a 20 gallon juvie tank

Use just a normal household bulb.

The wattage you need will depend on a lot of things. It is something you just have to experiment with.

Luckily, household bulbs are cheap so it won't cost too much money trying to find the wattage that works for you.

No. Compact fluorescent bulbs give off light but very little heat. For basking you need heat. Go with a regular incandescent light bulb, they give both heat and light. Play around with the wattage (60, 75, etc.) until you get the desired temps.

Anything that produces light produces UVA.

It doesn't not produce UVB, you will need a reptiSUN 10.0 linear tube for that.
