anyone have this problem with their super beetles?

I have about 50 new beetles and about 10 or 15 of them came out with their wings a little deformed. Kind of split where they won't go together. What causes this and will it be a problem for them to breed?

I have this same issue with mealworms. It's usually from the beetles being stuck on their back when they pupate and doesn't allow the wings to be tucked away properly and they harden in such a fashion. It won't effect the breeding of them at all.
