Allison and Ramoth:

Well some of you know the story of The Dragon Princesses and their trip to live in a new castle in Tn when they were very young. I have returned to continue their story, (if my computer will let me) :lol:

Once Ramoth woke up they have had a very busy spring and the summer is off to a great start! Both seem to have stopped growing, or eating for that matter. I am going tomorrow to pick up some dragon candy, waxies and PW's (if I can find them near) Hope that perks up the old appitite. I know adults eat less and they ARE both over 1 yr now....still a slave worries. How are they to keep their nice plump princess tummies if they don't stuff themselves silly? :mrgreen:

Sandy, I'm so sorry to hear that happened. Guess the judge must have been blind to make a decision like that. :twisted: Poor kids, they must be so heartbroken & confused. We know you'll fight & get them back, that's the only thing you can do. Good luck.

Me, too, and I will let Barb know you're thinking of her. Good luck and hopefully you do find a way to get them back with you. That's nasty that the judge was on DH's side and not yours, even with your awesome lawyer. I wish you all the best, that you find a solution. Having the kids cry when you take them back is heartbreaking.

And yes, my kid needs to grow up, you'd never think he was 31 yrs old. It's just hard not seeing my grandkids. When he visited my parents beg of Nov he gave them pics of both & she gave me some of them. So I have those pictures on the wall above the computer and at work, helps a bit.

If I get an income started maybe I'll get the kids back soon.

No I was only in for 4 years. DH retired, but not me. I am going next week to apply for disability from the VA. It may be easier to get than from SS. Fingers crossed.

Allison came out today and had a snack. I'll bath her when I get home. It is such a lovely day here in Tn. , almost warm enough to take her outside, almost. I'd start work in the garden, but I don't want to get this "boot" all muddy. It comes off next week. Yay! Of course the temps. are set to fall tomorrow night. Guess I'll just clean house.

I didn't realize. I'd also apply to both VA and SS for disability. They're hard to get but keep working on it. A friend told me it's easier to apply for SS through a lawyer, but that might take some $ up front. I keep praying you'll get your kids back. Are you allowed to see them at all? You should at least get visitation, right?

There is a good disability lawyer here that works on contingency. I will be getting my doctor to fill out the proper paperwork on March 30. I have to give him $35 in advance for the paperwork. Makes sense, that's a lot of work. Glad he fills it out for me. :mrgreen:

I finally got my web site to hook up for payments. Now I am open for business!
I hope to make some sales soon. I hate to rely on anyone for support, especially when it is grudgingly given. Besides, he isn't giving me near enough to live on.

I plan to add note cards as soon as I get the money to print some. Keep watching. :mrgreen:
