Abnormal poop

Brought my 5.5 in 4 gram baby beardie to vet. They are testing for parasites but also not ruling out a genetic defect. It was sold to us so tiny and our husbandry is good, right temps and set up he's just not eating. Thought I'd ask the forum

Hello,

The stool doesn't look too odd. It is watery & not much to it yet. Has she eaten much since you brought her home? Did you already get the fecal done & when will the results be in?
What do you feed her & what type of supplements do you give?
We can also review the tank setup too, just to be sure it is all correct if you would like.

Thank you! Rango hasn't eaten much in about 4-5 days. When we brought it home he/she would eat about 20 crickets. Then nothing. Changed to white fly larvae and loved those at first but then after nothing. Then started to get really skinny. Have been to the vet a couple times. Started Rango on meds for any parasites but vet is still checking for more specific because poop has been too little.
Started him on carnivore care and baby food mix. Seemed to like it but had to feed with syringe.
Tank is 20 gallon- uvb and basking during day temp is 80-85 cool side and 95-105 hot side. Because Rango is so little and not eating I was told to use CHE at night. Temp just now (11:35pst) is 75. I do regular soaks but haven't tried pedialyte yet. Doc said it might be something internally wrong like a genetic defect from birth. But not sure. I'll post some pics of baby beardie and tank
