Hello, Im wondering if a screen would block out too much UVB from a Mercury Vapour Bulb. Im planning on using a Solar Glo. So will my beardie get enough UVB from a MVB thats blocked by a tight screen?

I have flukers calcium with d3 and im wondering if it is ok to use or do i need rep cal?

Hi, my Repti Sun 10.0 is placed approx. 6 inches away from my dragons basking spot. Is this to close? He closes his eyes sometimes for about 5 seconds or so every once in a while.

Hi, Im planning on getting pheonix worms for my baby beardie. Does the pheonix worms have to be dusted with calcium? and do they have to be smaller then the space between there eyes?

When I measure basking temps I read somewhere that you put the probe somewhere so its touching the wood/basking spot. Is this correct? Or do I just stick the probe around where the basking spot is? :?

You should take out the sand too. They may lick it up and get impaction. You should get reptile carpet, tile, newpaper or papertowel. No loose substrates.

He's doing good :D Been eating alot of crickets and eating some veggies. Has stress marks though, I got him 3 days ago so I think he's still acclimating. What do you think about the stress marks?

Yes! That is how Beardies shed. There shedded skin comes off in multiple pieces unlike how snakes shed in one neat piece. There skin goes darker when they are going into shed and after, there colours are usually much brighter and nicer. So yes this is how beardies shed :D
