Hi, Im planning on getting pheonix worms for my baby beardie. Does the pheonix worms have to be dusted with calcium? and do they have to be smaller then the space between there eyes?

PW's have enough calcium so they DO NOT need to be dusted
they dont need to be smaller than the space in between their eyes because they dont have the hard carapace HOWEVER, be sensible dont give your dragon a huge worm

Phoenix worms are very high in calcium and I've found them to be an excellent food to feed a growing dragon but I stick to the nothing bigger than the space between the eyes no matter what I'm feeding. It's like one of the commandments on here and I wouldn't be comfortable doing otherwise.

Truthfully there is no such thing as a large phoenix worm... even the larges are small enough for babies - at least in my opinion.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
