Hi all! I've been keeping my dragon's lights on 12 hrs a day and then off for 12 hrs. Is this good to follow. My husband said he read they only need 8 hrs of light in the fall and winter and 12 in the summer and spring. So, should I be following those guidelines? Thank for anyone who can help
