How often bell peppers?

Hi!!

New beardie owner here. My dragon is only about 3 months old. She likes her green and veggie mixes. She loveeeeees bell peppers. How often in a week is safe for me to mix a few into her greens? Thanks!

I'd say a couple of times a week. They have a high water content so good for hydration but are low on calcium and can cause runny poops if they eat them too often.
