Hi, I understand exactly what you mean. I just got done making a lion king themed tank for my Kovu and was going to be making a harry potter themed cage for my sister's iguana and to give you a few ideas i was going to put a broom stick in there leaning in a corning for a sort of basking spot...

I don't know how big your house or rooms are but if the area the beardies are in is enclosed and that is where the humidifier will be at any time i would suggest that you just keep in rooms away from them like you said you would at night.. just watch to make sure their humidity doesn't go up too...

I have heard about picky eaters before whether it be they wont eat without being hand fed or they wont eat their veggies or they just get bored of the same staple food everyday... Sometimes you just have to have a feeding variety for the stubborn ones. like dubia on mondays, superworms tuesday...
