Hello, I am wondering if a room humidifier will harm the beardies too much if I put one in the living room. The reason is the air is so dry right now that when I wake up in the morning I wake up with a very dry throat and a massive headache. When I sleep it will be in the bedroom away from the beardies. Their cages are very dry below 10%. Thanks in advance for any responses.

I don't know how big your house or rooms are but if the area the beardies are in is enclosed and that is where the humidifier will be at any time i would suggest that you just keep in rooms away from them like you said you would at night.. just watch to make sure their humidity doesn't go up too much because it can cause a respiratory infection.

I am now only running the humidifier in my bedroom. For a couple of week I felt really ill in the morning when I woke up. When I started to run it overnight in the bedroom I started to feel better in the day so I will not be using it around the pets. And my chameleons are a bit disappointed on that, oh well they have their misting.

Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
Getting ready for another day. Feeling sleepy. 😴
I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate
